Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge #2

Ok so it's really sketch challenge #86.  For me it's only the second one.  I think it took me about 4 hours to make this card....who knew you'd get so wrapped up in this!!  I think it came out fairly cute, but not always sure I have the creative juices to make it look right.  Oh well, at least it's fun right?

Check out this fun sketch designed by our own Mischief Maker, Jen Cuthbertson.  Feel free to turn or flip the sketch - just use the basic principals of this sketch in your design.  Set your mojo free and go with the flow.

I bought a magazine recently had a free stamp set with it.  I just couldn't resist using the mouse and stamping his shirt with a pattern from Nordic Winter.  I also colored him in with Tim Holtz Distress Inks.

Till next time!

  2. O.M.G.-KAREN! I am so happy to see you here! I noticed the "Western NY" first, and almost started to write "Where are you from?"!!! Does Bob know that you are a blogger now? Heee! Look at that mousie's sweater! Is it a Waltzingmouse?...I am sure that it is :) LOVE the way you used the Nordic pattern for the snowflakes, and made your own ribbon to match. Gorgeous sparkly layered label, too. I am so excited for you!!!
